Chia, the ultimate ingredient. Not just some sales spiel we put on the label. It is bursting with plant-based protein, fibre & Omega-3 & it helps to keep you going for longer. On top of that it is super versatile, you can use it as an egg-substitute, chuck into smoothie or create a delicious chia pudding just like this.

You will need:

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon

Place the chia seeds & cinnamon in a small mason jar, mix them well. Add milk & maple syrup, mix well & store in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with some fresh fruits. Breakfast, made amazing.
