Where can I find WOW in store?

You can find your nearest stockist by entering your postcode here.

Can I order less than 7 bottles?

At the moment, our minimum order of drinks is 7 bottles.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel your subscription at anytime through our website. If you’re having trouble, just drop us an email with your full name and we will make sure its cancelled for you.

Can I track my delivery?

Yep. As soon as we dispatch your order, you’ll receive an email with full UPS tracking information.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order in the time allocated above, send us an email to shop@drinkwow.com. Make sure to include your full name, order number and delivery address.

My shipment arrived damage, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Send us an email to shop@drinkwow.com and we will give you a full refund or send you another package free of charge. Make sure to include an image of the damage, your full name and order number and the delivery address.
